Talkera Desk operates strictly month to month. We do not lock contractors into long-term contracts, auto-renewal traps, or cancellation penalties.
1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings or by sending an email notice to support@talkeradesk.com.
Once canceled, your service remains fully operational through the conclusion of your current prepaid monthly billing cycle. At the end of the paid month, billing ceases permanently, and your account does not renew.
2. 30-Day Number Hold
After your subscription ends, we retain your custom voice prompts, calendar integrations, and allocated telephone numbers for 30 days at zero charge. If you decide to restart your service within this window, we reactivate your existing system immediately with no setup fee.
3. Quiet Months
In a quiet month, move to Pay As You Go at $0.59 a minute with a $95 monthly minimum. You can move to a bundle at renewal. Unused minutes do not carry over.
4. Complete Data Export on Exit
You own all of your business call data. Within 7 days of service termination, our team provides an export of your call logs, transcripts, and configuration files, and assists in porting your phone numbers to any carrier. Audio recordings are kept for 15 days on Pay As You Go, 30 on Growth, 45 on Pro, and 60 on Expansion, then deleted.
5. Prorated Refund Exceptions
Because monthly fees are prepaid and month-to-month, standard monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. However, two explicit exceptions exist where prorated refunds of unused days are issued:
- Unresolved 72-Hour Defect: If an operational problem on our side cannot be resolved within 72 hours under our SLA, you may cancel immediately with a full prorated refund of remaining days.
- Corporate Entity Transfer: If you object to the transfer of operations to a private limited company under Section 19 of our Terms, you may cancel prior to the transfer date and receive a prorated refund of remaining days.
