2. What We Collect
Information you supply: Name, business name, email address, telephone number, and onboarding notes provided when submitting forms, booking calls, or communicating with our team.
Automatic visit data: Aggregated, privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, referring URL) collected via cookieless analytics tools. We do not use third-party advertising tracking pixels or retargeting scripts.
3. Calls Handled for Business Customers
When Talkera Desk answers an inbound call on behalf of a contractor or business customer, that customer serves as the Data Controller, and Talkera Desk acts strictly as a Data Processor operating under documented client instructions.
Inquiries regarding specific caller records, audio recordings, or requests for data deletion should be directed to the business that was called. Our AI & Recording Notice governs caller-facing call processing.
4. Retention Schedules
- Customer Account & Tax Records: Retained while you maintain an active account and as required under applicable commercial tax laws.
- Call Audio & Transcripts: Automatically deleted after 15 days (Pay As You Go), 30 days (Growth), 45 days (Pro), or 60 days (Expansion).
- Call Metadata Logs: Basic timestamps, durations, and routing results are kept up to 12 months for billing audits and aggregate reporting.
5. International Data Transfers & Rights
Our core engineering and support operations are located in India, with telephony and cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States and global data centers. Transfers of European and UK data incorporate Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Depending on your location, you hold rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP). To exercise these rights, email support@talkeradesk.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
